The primary goal of Madala & Associates is to transform businesses, not just in terms of Black Empowerment Compliance, but in an holistic sense through focused interventions which incorporate leading practices, skilled resources, global research and the appropriate use of technology.

Such interventions would typically entail a change in the mindset of individuals and alliances within the businesses leading to a more collaborative state which seeks to collectively work toward the end goals of the business.

Dilley Naidoo, CEO of Madala & Associates says, “The appointment of Angelo as COO was a logical choice. His skills add tremendous value to our current offerings. We at Madala & Associates do not consider ourselves ‘consultants’. We are “ResultantsTM”, and expect all synergistic relationships to be the same. We do not show you what’s wrong, we deliver RESULTS.”

“I am delighted to be on board with Dilley as his experience, particularly in the manufacturing industry with entrepreneurs, spans decades and his track-record speaks for itself”, said Kehayas.
