Vasi was born on the East coast of Durban and is fluent in English, Afrikaans, Zulu, French and Telegu (her ancestral mother tongue).
After Graduating with a (BA) Business Administration Degree at the University of Durban Westville, she pursued a career in Education, specialising in training and teaching of students with learning disabilities. Her passion for Education of students requiring special attention, allowed Vasi to engage with colleagues in similar fields across the globe, where she participated in discussion groups and presented her research and findings Internationally.
Vasi also had the opportunity of lecturing to non-English speaking students at the Ecole Internationale de Genève, based in Geneva, Switzerland. This included the creation of special educational booth camps to accelerate learning by the association process to non-English speaking students from more than 90 Countries across the globe.
Over the past 25 Years Vasi has held senior positions in the corporate environment, with a special focus on human capital development, and the integration of multi-ethnic groups, while developing a common corporate culture and value creation.
In her entrepreneurial role Vasi created and successfully operated her own People Development Centres and training institutions, with special emphasis of SA Black Talent and leadership development, both in the corporate and private business sectors. As the Chairman of Rifle-Shot Vasi’s leadership and people skills come to the fore.
Vasi also has a passion for people and community development, and has for the past 20 years been involved with Helping Hands, a voluntary group that has been serving the upliftment of black marginalised communities in the greater Johannesburg area.
Her creative skills include arts and crafts, gardening, music and various culinary cuisines.

A passionate, high-energy international award-winning serial entrepreneur, manufacturing activist and business advisor, Ian started fixing motorcars at 14, before entering the music business, and then engineering. Ian then trained in large-scale telecommunications engineering before adding business management to his repertoire.
Ian has more than and 45 years’ experience in developing innovative approaches to engineering and manufacturing businesses and is a specialist in performance and operational systems for the manufacturing, mining and utilities sectors. Architecting complete systems including planning and optimisation, manufacturing enterprise systems and niche ERP to help companies achieve consistent exceptional performance beyond that of their peers.
Co-founded and currently leads Rifle-Shot Performance Holdings (since 2001, MAPtm (Manufacturing Accelerator Programme) in South Africa, and MAP Implementation Partners in SA, enabling manufacturers, mining and utility companies across Africa deliver sustainable above-average returns and growth.
Avid lover of country life, good vegan food, Italian motor bikes and cars, and hard-rock music, and active community member.

Business Development Director
Dilley is innovative, professional and passionate about nurturing and developing excellent Business and customer relationships from executive to operational personnel, across various Industry Segments in both Private and Public Sector Organisations.
As a Business Development Director, Dilley is responsible for developing the overall strategic business plan, which includes industry market segmentation, strategic alliance partnerships and key customer relationship management from board level to operational management. This also includes participation and collaboration with key industry and public sector stakeholders.
In his leadership role Dilley enjoys Identifying, recruiting and developing talented and WINNING Teams. This is achieved through growing businesses that stand out from the rest, thus increasing market penetration and market share, while increasing stakeholder value for all.
He is passionate about creating and growing businesses with innovative like-minded people who can assist in the growth of SMME’s, thus improving job creation and employment in South Africa and Africa.
Dilley enjoys working with people with a CAN-DO Attitude, and a positive mental outlook.
In his spare time Dilley enjoys coexisting with the natural ecosystem and goes into the WILD regularly. In addition he enjoys, golf, music and intelligent conversations across diverse multi ethnic backgrounds, as part of his quest for lifelong learning and serving. This is complimented by his passion for mentoring and coaching of future Leaders.
Guy is a co-founder of Rifle-Shot Performance Holdings. A Chartered Accountant by training, he is a finance professional with wide experience of manufacturing and governance, coupled with a passion for building and enhancing systemic efficiencies. This ties in well with his roles in finance, operations and governance where he has been known to not only lead, but also to participate in detailed design and configuration of systems.
He has been persuaded to lay aside his bagpipes in the interests of domestic harmony, so now has time to cycle extensively and regularly puts his coaching skills to work in youth development and leadership groups.
Bill is the lead consultant responsible for assessing customer requirements, designing optimal workflows then training and supporting users. His background in Electronics, Computer engineering and programming, radar, telecommunications and Avionics provides him with strong empathy for the technical and procedural issues faced by users, while his training and negotiation skills have honed his natural abilities to put users at ease and contribute freely, leading to exceptional implementations.
Bill is an ardent biker in his spare time.
Driven by the need for radical social change in South Africa, Caroline strives to improve the general outlook on life and business in this country by adjusting attitudes towards personal development, business practice that encourages it, and a more responsible stance on the individual’s role in growth and development.
As a social skills specialist, Caroline applies her theoretical knowledge to the market she passionately serves.
HR & Marketing Assistant
As a Marketing Assistant at Rifle Shot Performance Holdings, Hope brings with her exceptional customer services skills, she is meticulous in everything required to be done and she is effective in her communication through being well spoken and multilingual.
She has compiled reports for several companies covering topics such as Cable theft, SA’s deteriorating education system, Cooperatives in the agricultural sector and a job creation initiative which she presented to SALGA on behalf of Wysecom Resources. This stems from her passion to make a difference and alleviate the scourge of unemployment in South Africa.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree which she obtained at Milpark Business school, where she founded Milpark Youth Connect (MYC). In conjunction with her duties for MYC Hope headed the SRC team and took on community projects, assisted students academically and connected them with corporates where they would be exposed to graduate opportunities.
Hope enjoys reading novels and keeping abreast with current affairs, writing, singing and attending motivational, entrepreneurial and leadership seminars.
Over 11 years Madelein has acquired Project Management experience in various industries which including Mining, Energy, Education, FMCG, Insurance and private companies. She has a passion for helping businesses reach international standards and to be able to compete on the world class stage.
Madelein holds a Diploma in Project Management, Cost & Management Accounting, and B.Tech in Human Resources Management. She has a strong background in Human Resources and Skills Development Training.
When her corporate hat is off, Madelein enjoys spending time with her dogs and is creative with her crochet designs.
Martin has over 14 years of supply chain and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) experience. Starting in a functional role as production planner and scheduler he has grown into an APS system specialist and is now responsible for the implementation and support of APS systems for Rifle-Shot customers. Martin ensures customer business processes and APS system functionality align so customers can achieve real benefits and fully exploit opportunities within their business environment.
Martin relishes every opportunity to deliver improvement to his customers, understanding the bigger picture and impact on the bottom line whilst having the analytical skills, technical knowledge and drive to be able to realise value independently.
Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria, and is currently completing an MBA from Henley Business School with a focus on APS systems and their implementation.
Martin has a keen interest in sports, and in his free time can be found on the golf course working on his handicap, or having a braai while a big rugby or cricket game is on.
MaryAnne is responsible for overseeing the office and assisting the chief financial officer.
A background of a fellowship in medical research including presenting research papers to the international and national medical community and teaching of medical technology to graduate students; successful business start-ups with a partner and on her own and recently bookkeeping and accounting certification, MaryAnne has varied experience. The enjoyment of people and attention to detail together to assist her in the smooth running and welfare of the office.
MaryAnne enjoys the creative arts, reading and good food.
Business Management Systems Consultant
Educated in the UK with a BSc Degree in Engineering Science, Mike is a highly experienced Business Management Systems Consultant whose portfolio includes having worked with CEOs, management, engineers, consultants and staff at all levels across a broad range of disciplines including systems development, project management, design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction phases in the civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, mining, IT and utility sectors.
Past clients include Anglo Platinum, ArcelorMittal SA, Atlas Aircraft Corporation, Botswana Telecomms, Denel, Eskom, GEA, Projects Expedited, Richards Bay Coal Terminal, SANDF, Transnet, UEC and Uniross.
When he is not consulting, Mike plays rock and classical guitar, flies full-size and RC airplanes, and is also an RC flying and firearms instructor.
Nigel has 46 years’ experience in Information Technology, with a specific focus on the Process and Manufacturing Industry segment. As a Subject Matter Expert with a portfolio of focused software products and a unique project methodology, (Business Alignment and Growth), he aims to effect exceptional operational performance in and with our clients.
He has also established a comprehensive network in South Africa and across Africa within the Information Technology industry to consult and construct solutions ensuring that the ‘best of breed’ providers are partnered to address client challenges and issues.
Outside of work, coaching and mentorship, Nigel enjoys personal interactions and playing golf (badly), dinners, watching movies and football and he would be a good addition to any Pub Quiz team.
