Dilley Naidoo

Chief Executive Officer

Dilley is an Internationally experienced Business Leader with over 45 years of experience in large Corporates and Government Organisations. His entrepreneurial spirit and energy has initiated successful start-up businesses, and select mergers and acquisitions. With over 30 years of Mining Sector Experience in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Zambia, DRC and Australia, Dilley brings the following skills:
Business: Strategy Implementation – Business Alignment and Growth Interventions, Leadership Development (Mentor/Coach); Organization Integration from C-Suite to Employees and Operations; Business Transformation through Digitalisation – OT/IT Convergence; Value Chain Optimisation & Visualisation, and Safety Optimization.

Dilley is a Martial Artist, and is passionate about studying community dynamics of ancient civilisations.

Ian Huntly

Chief Technology Officer

Ian has over 45 years’ experience in developing innovative approaches to engineering, manufacturing and mining businesses and is a specialist in performance and operational excellence. He is a specialist Architect of complete systems including planning and optimisation, mining enterprise systems and niche ERP to help industrial companies achieve consistent exceptional performance beyond that of their peers.
Ian is passionate about the power of local beneficiation, and with a hands-on approach, Ian has helped companies in business rescue, turnaround and thrive through squeezing that extra percent yield.
Ian is an avid lover of country life, good vegan food, Italian motor bikes and cars, and hard-rock music, and active community member.

Guy

Guy Imbert

Chief Operations Officer / Chief Financial Officer

Guy is a Chartered Accountant by training, a finance professional with wide experience in manufacturing and mining, specialising in governance, with a passion for building and enhancing systemic efficiencies. This ties in well with his roles in finance, operations and governance where he has been known not only to lead, but also to participate in detailed design and configuration of systems for optimised efficiency and profitability.

Guy insists on delivering the best systems, on time, within budget, with a superior service standard.

He has been persuaded to lay aside his bagpipes in the interests of domestic harmony, so now has time to cycle extensively and regularly puts his coaching skills to work in youth development and leadership groups.

Aubrey Offer

Implementation ResultantTM

Aubrey is a dedicated and committed person who works hard, always ready to learn and improve. Aubrey is a strong team player capable of communicating effectively at all levels. His objective is to ensure that his skills, knowledge and expertise in SQL / Business Intelligence solutions are utilised to the full potential for an organisation that shares his vision for growth while working towards achieving set goals and objectives. 

Aubrey has been providing implementation and support services for clients in the industrial sector for the past 10 years. He is particularly passionate about Mine Safety, having had hands on experience in hazardous situations.

As a Martial Artist, with black belts in 4 Martial Arts, Aubrey has participated in World Masters Judo Championships, and multiple SA Open and Provincial Championships. He is a Hiking and Motorcycling nut, and enjoys photography as an art form.

Bill Haskins

Senior Specialist ResultantTM

Bill is a senior consultant responsible for assessing customer requirements, designing optimal  workflows then training and supporting users.  His background in Electronics, Computer engineering and programming, radar, telecommunications and Avionics provides him with strong empathy for the  technical and procedural issues faced by users, while his training and negotiation skills have honed his natural abilities to put users at ease and contribute freely, leading to exceptional implementations.

Bill is an ardent biker in his spare time.

Caroline Carter

Marketing Manager

Driven by the need for radical social change in South Africa, Caroline strives to improve the general outlook on life and business in this country by adjusting attitudes towards personal development, business practice that encourages it, and a more responsible stance on the individual’s role in growth and development.

As a social skills specialist, Caroline applies her theoretical knowledge to the market she passionately serves.

 

Hope Tozana

Training and Implementation ResultantTM

Hope brings with her exceptional customer services skills. She is meticulous, well-spoken, multi-lingual and dedicated. Hope is a hands-on, passionate professional when it comes to implementing safety systems and training end-users of Electronic Permits-to-Work on mines.

Hope holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree which she obtained at Milpark Business School, where she founded Milpark Youth Connect (MYC). In conjunction with her duties for MYC, Hope headed the SRC team and took on community projects, assisted students academically, and connected them with corporates where they would be exposed to graduate opportunities.

Hope enjoys reading novels and keeping abreast with current affairs, writing, singing and attending motivational, entrepreneurial and leadership seminars.

Madelein Huxtable

Specialist Project Manager

Over 11 years Madelein has acquired Project Management experience in various industries which including Mining, Energy, Education, FMCG, Insurance and private companies.  She has a passion for helping businesses reach international standards and to be able to compete on the world class stage.

Madelein holds a Diploma in Project Management, Cost & Management Accounting, and B.Tech in Human Resources Management. She has a strong background in Human Resources and Skills Development Training. 

When her corporate hat is off, Madelein enjoys spending time with her dogs and is creative with her crochet designs.

Martin Maeriën

Implementation ResultantTM

Martin has over 14 years of supply chain and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) experience. Starting in a functional role as production planner and scheduler he has grown into an APS system specialist and is now responsible for the implementation and support of APS systems for Rifle-Shot customers. Martin ensures customer business processes and APS system functionality align so customers can achieve real benefits and fully exploit opportunities within their business environment.

Martin relishes every opportunity to deliver improvement to his customers, understanding the bigger picture and impact on the bottom line whilst having the analytical skills, technical knowledge and drive to be able to realise value independently.

Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria, and an MBA from Henley Business School with a focus on APS systems and their implementation.

Martin has a keen interest in sports, and in his free time can be found on the golf course working on his handicap, or having a braai while the big rugby or cricket game is on.

MaryAnne May

Office Support

MaryAnne is responsible for overseeing the office and assisting the chief financial officer.

A background of a fellowship in medical research including presenting research papers to the international and national medical community and teaching of medical technology to graduate students; successful business start-ups with a partner and on her own and recently bookkeeping and accounting certification, MaryAnne has varied experience. The enjoyment of people and attention to detail together to assist her in the smooth running and welfare of the office.

MaryAnne enjoys the creative arts, reading and good food.

Mike Smith

Business Management Systems ResultantTM

Educated in the UK with a Degree in Engineering Science, Mike is a highly experienced Business Management Systems Consultant whose portfolio includes having worked with CEOs, management, engineers, consultants and staff at all levels across a broad range of disciplines including systems development, project management, design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction phases in the civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, mining, IT and utility sectors.

Past clients include Anglo Platinum, ArcelorMittal SA, Atlas Aircraft Corporation, Botswana Telecomms, Denel, Eskom, Richards Bay Coal Terminal, SANDF, Transnet, UEC and Uniross.

When he is not consulting, Mike sings and plays guitar, flies full-size and radio-controlled airplanes, and is also an RC flying and firearms instructor.

Sibusiso Shabalala

Implementation ResultantTM

Sibusiso (Sbu) is an IT Systems Implementation Specialist, with 6 years’ experience in the Mining Sector. 

Sbu has run several projects involving the use of technologies to enhance worker safety, better health and overall employee well-being, particularly in Platinum, Coal and Iron Ore industries. With qualifications in Software Development, Programming & Networking as well as Industrial Psychology, he is well-equipped for on-site field work, implementing technologies to enhance safety, productivity and profitability. Sbu’s dedication and willingness to jump into any situation when needed has earned him a solid reputation as reliable and dedicated among his peers.

As part of the Soweto Technical Football Team, Sbu’s role is to scout skillful soccer players. Sbu enjoys cricket and swimming, and also collects House Music, and distributes it to up and coming DJs in Soweto. He is also part of a team that provides NGOs with new and used clothes and hygiene necessities, and participates in feeding scheme initiatives.

Vasi Naidoo

Chair

Vasi is passionate about Human Development. Specialising in training and teaching of students with learning disabilities, Vasi used her vast experience to create special education boot camps to accelerate learning by association at the Ecole Internationale de Genève, Switzerland. This modality has been used by non-English speaking students in more than 90 countries across the globe. Vasi is fluent in English, Afrikaans, Zulu, French and Telegu (her ancestral mother tongue).

Over the past 25 Years Vasi has held senior positions in the corporate environment, with a special focus on human capital development, and the integration of multi-ethnic groups, while developing a common corporate culture and value creation. At RSPH, her leadership and people skills come to the fore.

Vasi also has a passion for community development, arts and crafts, gardening, music and various culinary cuisines.
